Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology systems strategy
- Architect and maintain the lead lifecycle strategy, optimizing lead management processes
- Define, track, and report on conversion metrics, using insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing operations or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on expertise in Marketo and HubSpot; certification is a plus
- Proven track record of owning marketing automation platforms and deploying scalable strategies
- Deep experience with lead lifecycle models and CRM integration, preferably Salesforce
- Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in BI/reporting tools like Tableau or Looker
