Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute email and SMS campaigns in collaboration with external agencies
• Conduct quality assurance for all campaign elements to ensure flawless execution

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing and SMS campaign management
• Hands-on expertise with the Klaviyo platform or similar email service providers
• Strong QA skills with a commitment to error-free communications
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and internal teams
• Familiarity with DTC e-commerce environments is preferred
