Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaign operations and manage technical infrastructure for data integrity
- Monitor lead flow processes and maintain documentation for lead management best practices
- Assess and optimize marketing operations workflows, implementing scalable solutions and training team members
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, CX Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Working knowledge of various Sales and Marketing systems (e.g., Big Marker, Splash, LeanData)
- Proven track record of leveraging analytics to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness
- Ability to independently manage projects while maintaining detailed documentation
