Job Summary
A company is looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to support and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor ongoing campaigns in Marketo, including audience segmentation and performance reporting
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of webinar set-up to enhance user engagement and attendance
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with MarTech tools, preferably Marketo and Pendo
- Understanding of CRM best practices and strategies
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
