Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Auto & Home Operations team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve overall performance and streamline processes
• Manage project reporting and analyze division performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency with SQL required
• 10+ years of progressive management experience leading a team
• 12 years of experience in an operational discipline, with at least 8 years in an analytical role
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver against a budgeted P&L
