Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management (Public Safety) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy to align with company goals and customer needs
• Drive AI and cloud innovation in dispatch solutions to enhance functionality and user experience
• Own product portfolio by managing features and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• 8+ years of experience managing and leading senior and mid-level staff
• Experience with public sector software, particularly in public safety or public administration
• Proven ability to drive AI technologies and their application in software products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
