Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures for Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and monitoring processes
• Supervise managers and team leads, fostering a team environment through training and evaluation
• Analyze client workflows and recommend best practice operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration or extensive relevant experience
• Minimum ten (10) years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Minimum five (5) years of associate management or team leadership experience
• Experience with operations efficiency processes and process improvement tools
• Extended experience with Microsoft Excel required
