Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations roles, with a proven track record of building RevOps functions
- Experience establishing revenue operations in high-growth environments, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and revenue operations technology stack
- Demonstrated success in designing sales compensation plans and deal desk structures
- Experience implementing and optimizing sales methodologies and pipeline stages
