Director of Sales Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for multiple clients
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Foster a high-performing team culture and collaborate with various departments to ensure effective campaign management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
