A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist for the Sales & Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for compensation and business operations inquiries, efficiently managing requests
- Manage compensation exceptions and adjustments, collaborating with various teams to resolve discrepancies
- Develop and maintain documentation for compensation processes, supporting overall team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing workflows via ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Asana) is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows is preferred
