Job Summary
A company is looking for a SEM Director to lead paid search efforts and drive strategy in the home services and lead generation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the SEM strategy across platforms, testing and scaling new channels
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, including keyword strategy, copywriting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Act as a client-facing expert, presenting results and managing expectations while mentoring a team of SEM specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of paid search experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI
- Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and bid management tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting
