Director of Tax and Treasury

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Tax & Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and review the accuracy of tax returns
• Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and manage global treasury operations
• Oversee tax audits, manage outside tax providers, and lead special tax projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree in Taxation or active CPA preferred
• 10+ years of public accounting or related industry experience
• Deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws
• Experience with complex tax positions and M&A transactions
• Familiarity with tax software and financial systems such as Netsuite
