Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies to enhance employee knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with leadership to create effective onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Manage the training team, including recruitment, performance management, and development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Computer Science, Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in leadership, particularly in technical training or support in the automotive industry
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as TalentLMS and Salesforce Knowledge
- Proven track record of successful training program management
- Previous management experience in a technical support environment is preferred
