Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Training and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies to enhance employee knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with leadership to create effective onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Manage the training team, including recruitment, performance management, and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Computer Science, Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in leadership, particularly in technical training or support in the automotive industry
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as TalentLMS and Salesforce Knowledge
• Proven track record of successful training program management
• Previous management experience in a technical support environment is preferred
