Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple Client/Sales Engineering teams to drive sales of high-capacity Ethernet networks and related services
- Monitor and enhance team processes to improve sales effectiveness and reduce cycle times
- Develop and implement strategies to meet departmental goals while managing the overall operating budget
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent coursework and experience may be considered
- Over 10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in sales engineering management or related fields
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services
