Key Responsibilities
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and capacity planning for remote customer support and medical nurse teams
- Lead team development, including coaching, mentoring, and implementing training programs
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and scale team operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience overseeing teams of 30 or more, preferably in customer success
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and KPIs with limited resources
- Experience with cross-functional initiatives and change management strategies
- Expertise in Google suites and at least one CRM program
- Experience with AI tools and ability to evaluate and implement new technologies
