Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide support and assistance in benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for employee benefits questions and claims issues
  • Process eligibility for new hires and terminations, and assist with communications and follow-ups
  • Document all interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
  • 1-2 years of applicable job experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefits administration firm preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites is a plus
