A company is looking for a Client Liaison - Disability Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates custom workflows to the operations team and manages escalations for service issues
- Researches and resolves inquiries received in the assigned client's custom inbox
- Partners with the Implementation Manager to ensure operational knowledge is communicated prior to client go-live dates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years' experience in long-term disability administration
- Minimum of three years' experience in a client-support role
- Experience managing Disability or Leave claims operationally
- Experience working with mid to national size clients in a client-facing position
