Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dispatcher to manage service call requests and optimize field team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and prioritize customer service requests by dispatching work orders
- Create and manage dispatch schedules and technician routes
- Monitor work order status and maintain communication with technicians
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of Customer Service and/or Dispatch experience
- Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
- Data Entry Experience
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
