DOT Vehicle Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DOT Vehicle Compliance Specialist to ensure fleet compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor regulatory compliance metrics and vehicle inspection compliance
• Analyze compliance data to identify trends and collaborate with teams to resolve compliance gaps
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate records for internal reviews and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, compliance, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in fleet compliance or a similar role
• Familiarity with FMCSA vehicle compliance requirements is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with telematics systems and compliance tracking platforms is a plus
