Job Summary

A company is looking for a CE Functional Consultant - Remote (U.S.).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of D365 CE solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure D365 CE modules to support business processes and provide ongoing support and optimization of deployed solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
• Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing modules
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional designs
• Experience working in Agile environments and with Power Platform integrations
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210) are a plus
