Key Responsibilities
- Lead budget and renewal analyses, developing financial models and pricing scenarios for health coverage changes
- Provide insights and support to consultants in presenting financial data and renewal strategies to clients
- Create and maintain underwriting, rating, and contribution models while training colleagues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Hold active State Life & Health Licenses with expertise in employee benefits
- Possess advanced knowledge of financial arrangements and underwriting principles for health programs
- Exhibit strong analytical and negotiation skills with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional development, attending in-person meetings as required
