Key Responsibilities

• Lead budget and renewal analyses, developing financial models and pricing scenarios for health coverage changes
• Provide insights and support to consultants in presenting financial data and renewal strategies to clients
• Create and maintain underwriting, rating, and contribution models while training colleagues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Hold active State Life & Health Licenses with expertise in employee benefits
• Possess advanced knowledge of financial arrangements and underwriting principles for health programs
• Exhibit strong analytical and negotiation skills with a high level of accuracy
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Commit to ongoing learning and professional development, attending in-person meetings as required
