Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to support client implementations of Lifelong Learning software.
Key Responsibilities
- Support consultants across various project phases, including implementation and training
- Independently lead low complexity implementation projects
- Prepare and deliver customized product training to customer stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant experience
- 1-3 years' experience as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst in software implementations
- Project Management or Scrum certification is an asset
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
