Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to support client implementations of Lifelong Learning software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support consultants across various project phases, including implementation and training
  • Independently lead low complexity implementation projects
  • Prepare and deliver customized product training to customer stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant experience
  • 1-3 years' experience as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst in software implementations
  • Project Management or Scrum certification is an asset
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
