Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a K-12 educator role or in client-facing roles involving account management or customer success
- Comfort working with data and managing projects
- Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Familiarity with district-level initiatives and education funding
- Ability to forecast renewals and report on account health
