A company is looking for a Manager, Email Technical Support & Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of weekly newsletters and email campaigns across multiple ESPs
- Build and manage email workflows, sequences, and automations while ensuring quality assurance before deployment
- Serve as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting and process improvement, while researching new tactics to enhance campaign offerings
Required Qualifications
- Experience with building and managing email campaigns in ESPs, particularly Mailchimp and Kit
- Proficiency in creating custom-coded emails using HTML and CSS; familiarity with MJML is a plus
- Strong competence in WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin management
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and project management tools like Monday.com
- Experience with middleware tools like Zapier for marketing platform automation
