Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate to support clients with employee benefit inquiries remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide support regarding employee benefit enrollment
- Document caller inquiries accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions
- Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
- Service Center and/or Customer Service experience is required
- Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and able to work in a remote environment
- Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
