Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate to support clients with employee benefit inquiries remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide support regarding employee benefit enrollment
  • Document caller inquiries accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions
  • Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Service Center and/or Customer Service experience is required
  • Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology and able to work in a remote environment
  • Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
