Key Responsibilities
- Engages with customers to position appropriate solutions and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborates with sales and project teams to drive successful project outcomes and maintain accurate reporting
- Acts as a customer advocate to resolve issues and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in scoping, writing SOWs, and delivering professional services
- Competency in analytical problem solving and managing customer/partner relationships
- Project management skills, with oversight responsibilities depending on territory size
- Experience in IT service delivery and support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
