Engineering Manager, CI/CD

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and support a team of 4 full-stack product engineers
• Collaborate with PM, GTM, and engineering partners to define product strategy based on customer needs
• Monitor and improve key product metrics to identify areas of opportunity

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience in a scaled environment, with 3 years in full-stack product engineering
• Minimum of 3 years in technical leadership roles
• Experience in building and deploying large web projects
• Firm grasp of web architecture and front-end technologies
• Deep understanding of React and Next.js best practices
