Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth and scale of the engineering team
- Partner with the head of engineering to ensure delivery of high-impact product and platform features
- Hire, onboard, and develop engineers while promoting a culture of psychological safety and inclusion
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of engineering leadership experience in dynamic/startup environments
- 4+ years of hands-on individual contributor engineering experience
- B.S. in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated track record of hiring and retaining remote teams
- Authorized to work in the US or Canada
