Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to support the growth and scaling of its engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the growth and scale of the engineering team
• Partner with the head of engineering to ensure delivery of high-impact product and platform features
• Hire, onboard, and develop engineers while promoting a culture of psychological safety and inclusion

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience in dynamic/startup environments
• 4+ years of hands-on individual contributor engineering experience
• B.S. in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• Demonstrated track record of hiring and retaining remote teams
• Authorized to work in the US or Canada
