Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline enrollment goals through focused school-specific outbound task forces
- Assist families with the enrollment process via inbound and outbound calls
- Act as a liaison between local schools and enrollment to resolve issues and communicate policy changes
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated consultative sales experience and high-volume call metrics
- 2+ years of phone-based admissions experience supporting families and schools
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Commitment to a flexible schedule, including overtime during peak enrollment season
- Technologically proficient, especially with Microsoft Office 365 applications
