A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant III, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation experience for large enterprise customers, ensuring high-quality onboarding plans and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding engagements and maintain project documentation
- Provide remote Go-Live support and post-live guidance to customers, advocating for their needs and driving issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
- 3+ years in a project management or implementation role with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in presentation software and effective presentation development
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the service industry is preferred
