Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, particularly in Sales Quoting, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Strong process mapping and business process reengineering skills
• Proven ability to write clear technical and functional specifications
• Understanding of EDI workflows and standards is a plus
