A company is looking for an Executive Assistant and Board Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule, task management, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate board meetings, including logistics, materials, and minute-taking
- Support administrative needs for CEO and board initiatives, including tracking deadlines and organizing files
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives and/or nonprofit boards
- Strong scheduling and calendar management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Zoom
- High level of discretion and professionalism
