Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support Managing Directors and manage office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive administrative support to 6-7 Managing Directors and assist with office management duties
- Schedule and organize meetings, manage busy calendars, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage office operations, including vendor management and maintaining supplies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10+ years of relevant high-level executive administrative experience required
- Previous experience in the financial industry and/or hospitality is highly preferred
- BA/BS degree required/strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
- High energy, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
