Key Responsibilities
- Understand and meet each client's unique needs while delivering a white-glove experience
- Provide coaching on career transition best practices and mobilize appropriate resources
- Leverage a network of connections to benefit clients and deliver insights on business trends
Required Qualifications
- Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level or relevant consultative experience
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and development
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
- Experience with involuntary terminations is preferred
- Collaborative mindset with experience in team-oriented environments
