Job Summary
A company is looking for an Exhibitor Services Support Specialist responsible for managing exhibitor service orders and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with exhibitors to understand their goals and provide tailored lead solutions
- Process sales transactions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records in the CRM system
- Provide remote technical support for app-only events and coordinate logistics for smooth event operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 0 - 2 years of customer service experience in a sales operations environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with backend administration in Smartsheet and knowledge of DotDigital email marketing suite is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and management
