Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's export compliance program
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export regulations
• Conduct audits and provide training on export compliance requirements

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Law, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in export compliance management, preferably in the nuclear industry
• Proven ability to manage an export compliance program
• Experience in a startup environment or building a program from inception is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
