Family Time Program Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Time Program Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff providing therapeutic and standard supervision, as well as parent coaching
• Provide leadership and support through one-on-one and group supervision, hiring, and training new staff
• Manage staff productivity, contract adherence, and assist in delivering trauma-informed services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, etc.)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprint and background checks
