Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project management and financial operations for Federal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for project management in Oracle Fusion
- Ensure compliance with billing, timekeeping, and reporting for Federal and State Government clients
- Coordinate project administration and collaborate with Project Owners and Project Managers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of equivalent experience, including 3 years in the Federal segment
- Prior experience in Financial Operations, Sales Operations, or Project Management
- Experience with Federal contract billing practices and regulations
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar financial management tools
- Experience with Federal billing systems such as IPP, WAWF, and VIPER
