Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project management and financial operations for Federal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for project management in Oracle Fusion
  • Ensure compliance with billing, timekeeping, and reporting for Federal and State Government clients
  • Coordinate project administration and collaborate with Project Owners and Project Managers


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of equivalent experience, including 3 years in the Federal segment
  • Prior experience in Financial Operations, Sales Operations, or Project Management
  • Experience with Federal contract billing practices and regulations
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar financial management tools
  • Experience with Federal billing systems such as IPP, WAWF, and VIPER
