Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and oversight of high-impact, cross-functional programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support comprehensive program management efforts, including planning, execution, and retrospective analysis
• Serve as a central point of contact across internal teams and external partners for program alignment
• Proactively assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure program objectives are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in program management or large-scale project management
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally in a marketing or corporate events context
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
