Project Manager Non-Tech

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Non-Tech 3 to coordinate and execute cross-functional operational and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects across various departments
• Create detailed plans, maintain documentation, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Lead weekly review meetings and gather requirements to develop project solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management in an operations or technical environment
• PMP certification or formal training preferred
• Experience working with localization workflows and nonprofit SaaS or grant-based systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for tracking engineering work items
