Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value delivery
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead monthly client meetings and contribute to strategic projects such as financial analysis and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience at the Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Exceptional skills in financial modeling using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
