Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Oversee client accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Experience as lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience at Controller or Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Exceptional financial modeling skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
