Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly rolling forecasts
• Perform variance analysis on actuals to forecast and assist in identifying key drivers for review
• Support the financial reporting team during month-end close by preparing data and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial or analytical role (FP&A experience is an asset)
• Proficient in Excel (or Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (or Google Slides)
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
• Curious nature with a passion for understanding business processes
