Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Financial Analyst to support expense planning and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support expense planning and forecasting through financial modeling and variance analysis
• Manage workforce and vendor spend analysis, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Drive monthly financial operations and reporting, maintaining planning systems and analytical tools

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or similar discipline
• 2-5 years of financial analysis experience or a related field
• Experience in the technology industry, preferably SaaS or subscription models, is a plus
• Technical experience with Excel, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and OpenAir is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
