Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance and trend analysis, and prepare comprehensive financial reports
• Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
