Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst, TPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance of financial reporting and operations with organizational and regulatory standards
• Conduct audits and track variances between financial projections and actual results

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or claims-related finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in insurance, claims operations, or TPA environments is a plus
