Job Summary
A company is looking for a Five9 Administrator - Telephony Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the Five9 platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Configure and maintain IVR scripts, call flows, and routing strategies
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in one or more object-oriented scripting languages (PowerShell preferred)
- 3-5 years' experience in Telephony Support
- Advanced technical knowledge of Five9 Phone system maintenance and administration
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory
