Job Summary
A company is looking for a Fleet Client Service Specialist II Wednesday-Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair technician custody
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in FSCA systems
- Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and communicate with Field Operations for technician assignments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience in fleet maintenance or transportation
- Strong Excel and data entry skills, with the ability to learn new platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven track record of building positive relationships across functions
