Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead to oversee customer engagement activities and coordinate educational events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide segment-agnostic support for customer events and oversee benefit educators in a designated area
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for customer events, including material development and ordering
- Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with various business partners on inquiries and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word) and CRM system (Salesforce.com)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
