Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Sales and Business Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and drive relationships with key retail accounts and actively prospect new B2B partnerships
  • Build and configure a CRM to automate lead management and outreach processes
  • Evaluate product-market fit and collaborate on new product offerings and sales strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in CPG, supplements, or wellness
  • Experience in closing deals and strong lead generation skills using scraping/data tools
  • Expertise in CRM setup and automation, preferably with Go High Level
  • A hunter mentality with a proven ability to close deals
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus
